Kew Gardens &
Wakehurst Botanical Gardens

“A breathtakingly beautiful space. These plants are wonderful and here they are safe from peril.”

— Sir David Attenborough

Every year Kew brings some tropical colour to winter with its annual orchids festival. The spectacular display is found in the hidden world of exotic orchids and tropical plants in the steamy rainforest of the Princess of Wales Conservatory and runs for a month during February and March.

In 2014, the displays took us on a journey back in time, retracing the footsteps of the intrepid Victorian plant hunters, discovering cascades of Vanda orchids and drapes of tropical flowers.

Echo were proud to add to the explosions of colour and life with a flourish of graphics throughout Kew, including vivid internal and external vinyls, stunning signage and interactive displays.

Echo have also been lucky enough to produce and install graphics for the Wakehurst Millennium Seed Bank in West Sussex. Not just a centre of conservation and scientific research, Wakehurst has become a world class visitor attraction.
